Representações e trajectórias de vida em mulheres correios de droga

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como principal objetivo a abordagem dos percursos das mulheres correios de droga e as suas trajetórias de vida, de forma a poder perceber melhor algumas motivações para o crime de TE. A mulher enquanto criminosa pratica por norma delitos sem violência e tem sido na maioria das vezes presa, por crimes relacionados com a droga, tornando-se pertinente pesquisar motivos ou causas que conduzem as mulheres ao crime como produto da interação dinâmica entre fatores biológicos, psicológicos e sociais. Através de uma entrevista semiestruturada a mulheres reclusas, detidas nos Estabelecimentos Prisionais (EP) de Tires e Santa Cruz do Bispo, pretende-se explorar as hipóteses e investigar fatores que podem instigar este comportamento antissocial, para determinar o que desafia estas a ingressarem por percursos ilícitos.

This work aims to approach the paths of women drug couriers and their life trajectories, so that we can better understand some motivations for drug trafficking crimes. As criminals, women use to practice non-violent offenses and, most of the times, have often been arrested for drug-related crimes, making it pertinent to research on the motives or causes that lead women to crime as the product of the dynamic interaction between biological, psychological and social factors. Through a semi-structured interview with women prisoners, jailed in the Prisons of Tires and Santa Cruz do Bispo, intend to investigate factors that can lead to this behavior, in order to determine what challenges these women to join illicit paths. We conclude tha these are complex situations in social and personal terms, which are not easily captured by the description of the phenomenon.
