Coordenação de segurança em fase de projecto

Abstract

O tema escolhido é Coordenação de Segurança em Fase de Projecto, nos termos previstos pelo decreto-lei nº 273/2003 de 29 de Outubro. (princípios Gerais de Prevenção). Este trabalho apresenta uma contextualização das mudanças ou até mesmo tendência que o sector de construção deve seguir, nos campos da Segurança e saúde em fase de Projecto. A elaboração do projecto de arquitectura influencia obviamente todo o plano de Segurança e Saúde, este deve ser específico. A presente dissertação aborda a temática da consciencialização e importância da elaboração do Plano de Segurança e Saúde para a fase de concepção arquitectónica e utilização do edifício. No sentido de fundamentar essa importância, pretende-se obter conhecimentos sobre os riscos e as medidas preventivas. este planeamento será efectuado na fase de projecto, após a caracterização das condicionantes que afectam o projecto. São vistos os vários intervenientes, como Coordenadores de Segurança em Projecto, o Dono de Obra, os Autores de Projecto, a Entidade Executante sobre a forma como poderão desempenhar as suas funções e, ao mesmo tempo, garantir o cumprimento das suas obrigações legais.

The theme chosen is Coordination of safety in the design phase of Decree-Law No. 273/2003 of 29 October. (General principles of prevention). This work presents a contextualization of changes or even trend that the construction sector must follow, in the fields of health and safety in the design stage. The preparation of architectural design influences obviously all health and safety Plan, this must be specific. This dissertation about awareness and importance of the elaboration of the health and safety Plan for architectural design and use of the building. To substantiate this importance is to gather knowledge about risks and preventive measures. This planning is carried out at the design stage, after the characterization of the constraints affecting the project. Are seen the various stakeholders, such as Project Safety Coordinators, the Owner of Work, Authors Project, the Entity Performer on how may perform their duties and at the same time ensuring compliance with its legal obligations.
