Expansão da cidade : intervenção em áreas rurais

Abstract

A presente dissertação tem como objetivo de estudo a intervenção em Áreas Rurais relativamente à Expansão Urbana, propondo uma intervenção de requalificação da periferia urbana através da extensão dos espaços verdes, sobre as óreas rurais. Posteriormente estuda-se a análise e evolução de conceitos como: periferia urbana, limite entre urbano e rural, espaços natural urbano, corredores verdes e ecológicos, sustentabilidade e intervenção na paisagem. No presente assistimos ao crescimento urbano pouco planeado que está relacionado com a fixação das populações nas cidades, aliciadas pela evolução da humanidade e à mutação. Por vezes apresentam falta de planeamento urbano, emergindo cidades descaraterizadas, descompactas, e com ruturas entre a cidade e o campo, na linha de pensamento de Marc Augé. A metodologia adotada, como a análise de planos e artigos da especialidade, retiramos conclusões para intervir nos limites dos tecidos urbanos. Com este estudo pretende-se unir a cidade, a periferia e os espaços rurais através do espaço natural urbano, agregando a estrutura ecológica, formando um continuum espacial e naturale, e ao nível da sustentabilidade urbana. É proposto uma intervenção urbana na periferia da cidade de Chaves de modo a unir os pequenos aglomerados habitacionais, integrando a componente natural urbana no tecido da cidade de modo a que não haja rutura. Este modelo poderá ser o caminho para um futuro sustentável da cidade, em que a população possa usufruir dos recursos naturais e atingir níveis de vida que correspondem às suas necessidades e ambições.

This dissertation aims to study the intervention in rural areas in relation to urban expansion, proposing an interventionof re-qualification of urban periphery through the extension of green spaces, on the rural areas. Later he studied analysis and evolution of concepts such as: the urban periphery, between urban and rural, urban natural spaces, green corridors and ecological sustainability and intervention on the landscape. At present we are experiencing the little planned urban growth that is related to the establishment of populations in cities, tricked by the evolution of mankind and the mutation. Sometimes have a lack of urban planning, emerging towns descaraterizadas, descompactas, and with a break between the city and the countryside, in the line of thought of Marc Augé. The methodology adopted, as the analysis of plans and specialty items, we extract conclusions for action within the limits of the urban tissue. This study is intended to unite the city, the suburbs and the rural areas through urban natural space, adding the ecological structure, forming a spatial continuum and naturale, and the level of urban sustainability. Urban intervention is proposed on the outskirts of of the town of Chaves so as to unite the small housing clusters, integrating the natural component in the fabric of the city so that there is no rock bottom. This model can be the path to a sustainable future of the city, where the population can take advantage of natural resources and reach levels that correspond to their needs and ambitions.
