Reabilitação urbana : os lugares de Perafita, Lavra e Santa Cruz do Bispo

Abstract

A investigação que desenvolvemos tem como enfoque a criação de uma metodologia para reabilitação urbana de conjuntos com características para a classificação de património dos lugares de Perafita, Lavra e Santa Cruz do Bispo. Nos dias de hoje, a reabilitação urbana é uma modalidade que incentiva a recuperação do património degradado e esquecido, elementos que o componham e sejam relevantes para o seu valor, e garante que seja feita a sua proteção. Promove a intervenção no património de forma a manter a sua identidade e a contribuir para a regeneração das diferentes dimensões de que o tecido urbano é composto. Cada um dos lugares está situado em pequenas amostras da cidade, que são caracterizadas pela imponência agrícola que o concelho de Matosinhos possui. Por outro lado, a sua morfologia foi vítima do abandono perante o crescimento dos centros das cidades ao seu redor. O mar, as autoestradas e o aeroporto são elementos que aproximam e centralizam estes elementos e que têm um grande potencial para reabilitar. No estudo sobre cada um dos lugares, neste caso Avilhoso, onde se localizam Lavra, Perafita, podemos verificar que existem casas de lavoura devolutas devido ao abandono das atividades tradicionais da zona, que, por sua vez, têm como consequência a falta de mão de obra nas atividades agrícolas ao longo dos tempos. A criação de um modelo de intervenção para estes núcleos tem como objetivo valorizar e intervir em cada um destes territórios humanizados, perante modelos atuais, de forma a unificar o rural com o urbano, para que seja a imagem de marca do concelho, promovendo e revitalizando as vivências urbanas e todo o seu valor patrimonial que ainda possa existir O objetivo desta dissertação vai ao encontro da análise dos elementos existentes, consequentemente será elaborado um Guião de Reabilitação dos Lugares. O principal foco deste estudo é contribuir para a possível proposta de classificação como conjuntos que têm interesse para o município. Revitalizar e valorizar cada um dos lugares, de forma a incentivar à identidade, à permanência e possíveis novas ocupações.

The research we develop focuses on creating a methodology for the urban rehabilitation of complexes with characteristics for the heritage classification of the places of Perafita, Lavra and Santa Cruz do Bispo. Nowadays, urban rehabilitation is a modality that encourages the recovery of degraded and forgotten heritage, elements that compose it and are relevant to its value and ensures that its protection is carried out. It promotes intervention in heritage to maintain its identity and contribute to the regeneration of the different dimensions of which the urban fabric is composed. Each of the places is in small samples of the city, which are characterized by the agricultural grandeur that the municipality of Matosinhos has. On the other hand, its morphology was a victim of abandonment due to the growth of the city centers around it. The sea, highways and the airport are elements that bring these elements together and centralize them and have great potential for rehabilitation. In the study of each of the places, in this case Avilhoso, where Lavra and Perafita are located, we can see that there are vacant farmhouses due to the abandonment of traditional activities in the area, which, in turn, result in a lack of labor. work in agricultural activities over time. The creation of an intervention model for these centers aims to value and intervene in each of these humanized territories, in view of current models, to unify the rural with the urban, so that it is the municipality's brand image, promoting and revitalizing urban experiences and all their heritage value that may still exist. The objective of this dissertation is to analyze the existing elements, consequently a Guide for the Rehabilitation of Places will be prepared. The focus of this study is to contribute to the possible classification proposal as sets that are of interest to the municipality. Revitalize and value each place, to encourage identity, permanence, and possible new occupations.
