Do significado e significantes no universo do património à dinâmica de auto verificação da sua qualidade

Abstract

O valor e qualidade do património inscrita nas “crónicas de pedra” do(s) lugar(s) onde está aferida a autenticidade e essência da sua qualidade substantiva, inserese na atitude que corrobora a interpretação, entendimento e justificação dos seus significados e significantes. Emerge da reflexão dos seus elementos fundamentais para entender e sentir o património, desde a escala da Paisagem, do Território da Arquitetura até às pessoas… É confinada na articulação convergente dos pontos em síntese, os quais designo como: os quatro grupos e seus pontos concorrentes para uma valia patrimonial. Estes abarcam; a lógica, a forma e a função, as emoções e os sentidos, a harmonia e o valor, com os seus subpontos conferindo-lhes um carácter substantivo. Da singularidade à tipificação de uma valia patrimonial de um centro histórico é elaborada uma exposição refletiva neste artigo, corroborada por uma nova sustentabilidade dinâmica que na sua essência requer o seguinte: a verificação (V), a continuidade (C), a renovação (R), com uma dinâmica motriz (D) para um entendimento, em processo contínuo, do valor e qualidade do património de um lugar.

The value and quality of the heritage entered in the “Chronicles of the stones” of the lace(s) where it is determined the authenticity and essence of its substantive quality, attitude that corroborates the interpretation, understanding and justification of their meanings and significant. It emerges from the reflection of its fundamental elements to understand and feel the heritage, since the scale of the landscape, land use planning, Architecture and the people... It is confined in the convergent points of a summary, which I named: the four groups and their main issues for the heritage values, these includes; the logic, form and function, emotions, harmony and value with their subjects giving them a substantive nature. These values and its singularity typification on an historic centre is elaborated in this article, and corroborated by a new dynamic sustainability that in its essence requires the following: verification (V), continuity (C) renewal (R), with driving dynamics (D) to an understanding, in a continuous process, the value and quality of one place heritage.
