Reconstruir em contexto rural : Aldeia Lar no Lugar da Varziela

Abstract

Esta dissertação tem como objetivo divulgar as potencialidades e as oportunidades de mercado que se escondem e espalham pelas aldeias do interior de Portugal, ao mesmo tempo que vai desenvolver um conceito inovador que sirva a população idosa que tanto tem aumentado nas últimas décadas e à qual se perspetiva a mesma evolução nas décadas futuras. Assim, a assistência aos idosos será quase uma necessidade básica e como tal, nesta dissertação, procura-se soluções com vista a melhorar os modos de vida da população sénior e reinventar um conceito de lar de idosos em aldeias - Aldeia Lar - um casamento entre um lar de idosos e uma aldeia. Para além disto, representa uma vontade, um desejo de perspetivar a memória do mundo rural e do património que se encontra esquecido no tempo. O património histórico, cultural e arquitetónico é a nossa herança do passado. É a herança com que hoje vivemos e que passaremos às gerações vindouras. Recuperar e transformar aldeias é mais do que assegura-las no futuro, é reatar afetos que o tempo maltratou ou até que a própria história omitiu, é reconstruir um quadro patrimonial com o futuro no horizonte.

This dissertation aims to reveal market potentialities and opportunities that hide and spread through Portugal inland villages, while developing an innovative concept that suits the elderly population which have been increasing in the last decades and it’s expected the same evolution in the future. Therefore, assistance to the elderly will be a basic need and so, in this dissertation, solutions are sought to improve the seniors lifestyle and reinvent a retirement home concept in viliages - Aldeia Lar - an union between a nursing home and a village. Furthermore, it represents a desire to foresee the countryside memory and the heritage that’s forgotten in time. The historical, cultural and architectonie heritage is our inheritance from the past. Is the inheritance that we live with today in and that we’ll pass to the next generations. Recover and transform villages is more than ensure its future, is re-establish affections that time mistreated or even the history omitted, is reconstruct a patrimonial painting with the future in the horizon.
