Produção de energia na arquitectura : condicionantes do projecto

Abstract

A arquitectura, cada vez mais, tem vindo a debruçar-se sobre numerosos aspectos que visam a sustentabilidade dos edifícios contribuindo para uma racionalização do consumo energético. A elaboração de projectos sustentáveis procura assim proteger o meio ambiente sendo a energia a principal responsável pelas más práticas na arquitectura. No entanto, utilizar a energia solar passiva por parte da arquitectura não é suficiente. Torna-se imperativo utilizar a tecnologia mais actual de redução e produção de energia em favor da arquitectura rentabilizando ao máximo a produção de energia tornando os edifícios auto-sustentáveis. Este estudo procurou analisar as novas formas de produção de energia renováveis, as soluções já disponíveis no mercado e os passos que se vão dando ao nível da investigação destes sistemas. O objectivo desta dissertação foi compreender como funcionam os actuais sistemas de produção de energia e como a sua aplicação por parte do arquitecto pode influenciar a própria arquitectura. Quando e como o arquitecto deve pensar na forma como o edifício que está a desenvolver vai interagir com a energia e como a mesma vai influenciar o próprio projecto.

The architecture, increasingly, has been going over many aspects aimed at the sustainability of buildings contributing to the rationalization of energy consumption. The development of sustainable projects for so protect the environment and energy mainly responsible for the bad practices in architecture. However, using passive solar energy by the architecture is not enough. It is imperative to use the most current technology of energy reducing and producing in favor of the architecture has to maximize energy production by making the building self-sustainable. This study sought new ways to generate renewable energy solutions already available and the steps that will give the level of investigation of these systems. The aim of this dissertation was to understand how the existing systems of energy production and its application by the architect can influence the architecture itself. When and how the architect must think about how the building that is developing will interact with the energy and how it will influence the project itself.
