Mal trato na infância : experiência em CPCJ

Abstract

Segundo o diagnóstico social do concelho do Marco de Canaveses este possui uma grande taxa de população jovem, assim como um aumento do abandono escolar, elevada taxa de desemprego e consequente aumento de agregados familiares beneficiários de RSI bem como o aumento de problemáticas como o alcoolismo e o consumo de drogas. Estes grupos constituem assim grupos vulneráveis com risco de gerar problemas a nível social. Desta forma e tendo em conta as especificidades desta população é de grande pertinência e existência da CPCJ no Marco de Canaveses. As CPCJ em Portugal são compostas por elementos de um variado leque de instituições, nomeadamente o Município, Segurança Social, Ministério da Educação, Instituições dc Solidariedade Social (IPSSâ??S), associações de pais e de jovens, técnicos que venham a ser cooptados pela comissão com formação em serviço social, psicologia, saúde ou direito, representante das forças de Segurança (art. 17° da Lei 147/99 de 1 de Setembro).

According to the social diagnosis of the municipality of Marco de Canaveses this rate has a large young population, as well as an increase in school leaving, high unemployment and consequent increase in households RSI recipients as well as the increase in problems such as alcoholism and consumption of drugs. These groups are therefore vulnerable groups at risk of creating problems socially. Thus, taking into account the specificities of this population is of great relevance and existence of the Framework CPCJ Canaveses. The CPCJ cm Portugal are composed of elements dc a wide range of institutions, including the City, Social Security, Ministry of Education, Institutions dc Social Solidarity (IPSS'S), parents' associations and dc young technicians who will be co-opted by the committee in training in social work, psychology, health, or law, representative of the security forces (art. 17 of Law 147/99 of 1 September).
